Your Privacy Rights Under CCPA

If you are a resident of the State of California, you have specific rights regarding your personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.100 et seq. These rights include:

• The right to request deletion of personal information we have collected from you.

• The right to non-discrimination for exercising your CCPA rights.

Willow Lake Lending may share consumer data with independent providers in our referral network as part of the matching process. Under the CCPA, this activity may constitute a "sale" of personal information. You have the right to opt out of this at any time.

Submit an Opt-Out Request

To submit a "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" request, please use one of the following methods. We will process your request within 15 business days of receipt and confirm once your opt-out has been applied.

Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. You will not be denied goods or services, charged a different price, or provided a lesser quality of service as a result of exercising your privacy rights.
