Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Willow Lake Lending ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of willowlakenlendlng.com and our financial matching service (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

Nature of the Service

Willow Lake Lending operates as a free financial matching marketplace. We are not a lender, credit broker, financial advisor, or financial institution. We do not make credit or lending decisions, issue loan approvals, determine eligibility, or guarantee that any consumer will be matched with or receive an offer from any network provider.

Our sole function is to connect consumers who submit requests with independent third-party service providers in our network who may offer financial products. Any agreement entered into with a network provider is strictly between you and that provider.

Eligibility

To use our Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a resident of the United States.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will not use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

No Fees to Consumers

Willow Lake Lending does not charge consumers any fees for using the matching service. Our revenue is derived from compensation paid by network providers. You will never be charged by Willow Lake Lending for submitting a request or being connected with a provider.

Consent to Contact

By submitting a request through our Service, you expressly authorize Willow Lake Lending and its network partners to contact you using the information you provide, including via automated telephone dialing systems, pre-recorded voice messages, and SMS/text messages. This consent is not a condition of using our matching service. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

Third-Party Providers

Network providers accessible through our Service are independent third parties. Willow Lake Lending has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, terms, privacy practices, quality, or availability of any product or service offered by a network provider.

You acknowledge that any financial product terms — including interest rates, fees, repayment schedules, and eligibility requirements — are determined solely by the independent provider and are subject to change without notice. You should carefully review all terms before accepting any offer.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WILLOW LAKE LENDING DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no guarantee that you will be matched with any provider or receive any offer.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WILLOW LAKE LENDING AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY FINANCIAL PRODUCT OBTAINED THROUGH A NETWORK PROVIDER. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
